The Purple Moose
That's, uh, that's me. So many interesting things to do, so little time! I spend an incredible amount of time home schooling the herd and keeping up with the house chores. Occasionally I get to relax with yarn.

The Bull
The leader of our pack, he's got a sense of humor that often keeps us all in stitches. He likes hunting and fishing and building stuff and making sausage. And did I mention mechanicing all sorts of things? And he's Soooooo handsome! My Hero!

Calf #1
He's an amazing boy, loves to learn new things and is (usually) gentle and kind to the younger calves. He thinks we should have 100 children! He's definitely a Lego Maniac, though often he's found curled up with a book. One day he'd like to be a soldier or a Navy Seal or a Marine or an Air Force fighter pilot.

Calf #2
If he could do anything he wanted all day long, it would be building with Legos! He is always trying to figure out how things work. He has recently discovered Choose Your Own Adventure books and these keep him occupied for hours.

Calf #3
Our first daughter. . . the girl who brought pink into our house! She's somewhat of a mother hen to her younger sisters, though she gives her older brothers a run for their money when it comes to stick-sword fighting.

Calf #4 ~ Shelomith

Calf #5
Our "Rainbow Baby" continues to give us all great joy. She is a sweet little girl who loves playing with babies, having books read to her, and running around with her siblings.

Calf #6
She spent 8 weeks in the NICU and lived to tell about it! Her story is hard to tell but absolutely amazing and proves, once again, that the LORD is still in the miracle business. It brings us such joy to see her doing all the things we'd expect her to do at her age. Her favorite things are baby dolls, animals, and her siblings.

Stellan’s in trouble again tonight. . . SVT has put him back in the hospital and the docs aren’t sure what to do to help his heart break out of it.
Please be praying for him and his family! MckMama is updating her Twitter as much as she can, you can check there for updates.
