Monday: Hamburger Helper-type skillet meal and spice cake pinto bean cake. (Was to be last night’s dinner, but we didn’t get to it.)
Tuesday: Tuna noodle casserole, random veggies.
Wednesday: Dinner @ church.
Thursday: Meatloaf, rice side dish, veggies.
Friday: Kids’ night: a rare eating out opportunity, methinks.
Saturday: Left Overs.
Sunday: Baked chicken, baked potatoes, random veggies.
