New year, same old meals.
Really, I’m okay with that. It uses less of the Mama’s brain power. 🙂
Monday: Baked chicken, baked potatoes with sour cream, random veggies.
Tuesday: Turkey breast, rice or noodle side dish, random veggies.
Wednesday: Dinner @ church.
Thursday: Spinach and mashed potato casserole (adapted from this recipe.)
Friday: Kids’ night: Taking a break from the usual, we will have tortilla pizzas (unless I get ambitious and make my own pizza dough.) (And what I envision is pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and toppings on tortillas. The reality may vary.)
Saturday: Left O’Vers.
Sunday: Terrific Franks and a rice side dish and the veggies.
