Yes, it’s too late to post this and link up. Oh well. I’m finding one great big advantage to posting my meal plans online is for MY reference, as in, “Hmm, we need to eat something on Thursday night. . . let’s look and see what we’ve eaten before that we have the ingredients for and I want to make.”
Monday: Hashbrown delight with fresh mango for dessert.
Tuesday: Hamburgers with lettuce and tomatoes, and potatoes on the side.
Wednesday: Dinner at church.
Thursday: Salmon patties (grilled), potatoes, corn on the cob.
Friday, Kids’ night: Home made pizza
Saturday: Cajun spiced beans, rice, random veggies.
Sunday: Breakfast for dinner. We’ll see what I can come up with that’s special!
